Brian taylor transfers

Brian taylor transfers

transfer to the fighting camels because avent wont let him play baseball and he wasnt getting playing .cambell offered him 50 50 in both sports according to some former teamates

RE: Brian taylor transfers

Seriously? If he would rather play football AND baseball at Campbell than just football at State, I say let him walk. Bad decision.

RE: Brian taylor transfers

Kids want to play. It's a good decision if he's happy.

^ +1

RE: Brian taylor transfers

He is also from Harnett County (Harnett Central)... maybe home sick as well.

RE: Brian taylor transfers

Didn't see him getting any playing time anyway, so best of luck to him. He is a talented kid who will do well at Campbell. He sees Brosius is being groomed, and Manny Stocker has the talent to step up.

RE: Brian taylor transfers

From what I've heard, Brosius is the one transferring.

RE: Brian taylor transfers

Wish him well. The kids wants to play both sports. What's wrong with that? Why stay if he is not going to play? Reminds me of some kids that go to the big time schools, and pick splinters for four years, but they are the first to tell you " I played for UNC, or Duke, or State, or Kentucky'. No you didnt you picked splinters, and were cheerleaders, and practice dummies for four years. Good luck Mr. Taylor!!

RE: Brian taylor transfers

He was a big fish in a little pond tooooooooo long. He or his Dad (the driving force and a big state fan) could not handle it.... with having to compete against others that were of equal or greater talent. Now he can be a big fish again. Shame he was not allowed to progress to the next level through hard knocks and harder work.
Do wish him well though. A good kid overall. Good luck sir.

RE: Brian taylor transfers

easystreet- Saying good kid and good luck at the end of a post that insults he and his family doesn't make insulting them okay. Plenty of players transfer for any number of reasons. BT is an outstanding baseball as well as football player and when recruited he was told that he could do both at State. If that is no longer the case, and it's my understanding that TOB did not want him to participate in baseball this year, I think it is very understandable that he might decide to transfer.
