Before we all take turns bashing Amile for his decision, remember...it was just that, his decision. He didn't owe STATE or any school any thing for that matter. You win some you lose some. We lost Amile, it is what it is. Let's wish the kid the best of luck, and we'll see him in the fall.

The young man made a decision. He was torn between State and Duke. This happens all the time with young athletes. He's going to become a solid player at Duke. I only wish him the best. No need to put him down because he selected Duke. State has done very well in their recruitment. 3 AA's is pretty darn special.

He's all about himself and not the team - we're lucky we didn't get him.
He wanted to come to State, but his dad made him go to Duke.
CJ Leslie was and is 5 times the player AJ will ever be.
All AJ will ever do at Duke is set screens and flop.
He told our coaches he was coming to STATE, somebody said so on Pack Pride, so his lying shows his character and I'm glad we didn't get him.
He's got way too many flaws in his game and will never develop at Duke.
He would have totally disrupted our team with his me-first attitude. Why would he go to Duke when State has the far better program? He's controlled by his Dad, and that would have caused BIG TIME problems. I never liked him. He has no heart. He's Shavlik Randolph part II. We're still a top 5 team without him.

Anything else?

Doesn't know much about facts. While nothing to brag about, State has made the S16, 3 times over the last 25 years. That is only 1 less than WF and GT. Just as many as UVa and FSU, thats right FSU, does Duke remember them? And more S16 than 4 other teams in the conference. So that means that only 4 teams in a 12 team conference has more S16 appearances than State does over the past 25 years. Not to bad for a bottom feeder.

did not know this, good info..although it points out even more the disparity between duke&unc, and the rest of the league in basketball....and it looks like NCSU might be stepping up in the heirarchy..GO PACK!
