NC State vs Wake game was disappointing. It's all on the line against UNC come this Saturday evening in order to make that championship game Sunday afternoon.
I want to see you guys in that title game! You have the players, just get the job done!

We first need Miami to beat Wake Friday at 7 to even have a shot at the title game. Go Pack.

sorry performance by the Pack...the pitching was horrendous from start to finish....ballz bouncing to the plate, skipping by the catcher, hitting batters in the back...Overman had been lackluster all yr, and looked bad in this one....getting a lot of hits, but not a lot of runs....whether miami wins or not, beat the heels!

Isn't this format for the tournament odd? Maybe the two best teams sitting out a full day while two other teams decide their fate despite only one loss each? Granted, I don't watch alot of college baseball but either Carolina or State will have nothing to play for tomorrow night. Weird!

I love how the announcers last night were praising the Pack, and kept talking about how YOUNG they are... those in the know, know exactly what the Pack's going to be like over the next few years..... FEROCIOUS!

Oh, please. It's always "the future is so bright, blah, blah, blah". I've been hearing that BS for 20 some years. I thought the team THIS YEAR was supposed to be so awesome. Here in the tournament so far we've seen this great team need an incredible stroke of luck in Miami blowing game 1 followed by getting blown out by Wake freakin' Forest. I sure am impressed.

they're about to be HOSTING a Regional... I'd say that's pretty awesome.... Wake was playing for their post-season life last night.

who had the ACC's Frosh of the year?? who had the ACC's PITCHER of the year??

who has MORE frosh in their starting lineup than any other team in the ACC tourney??

I agree that State has a chance to be good but why save your pitchers. If they win last night they are in the drivers seat to win the tournament. Now their fate along with Carolina's will be determined by the Wake/Miami game today. I'm not sure that's what Avent wanted.
