Wonder if you have any common sense? By the way, my injured knee is getting better, so maybe surgery can be put off. Why are you so concerned with my ladder? Maybe you are the one that tipped it over because you are so jealous that I live at the beach.

I'm not sure an improved relationship is what's needed. It appears that things were too cozy already between the athletic department and at least certain members of the faculty. I would suggest an independent compliance department reporting directly to the chancellor would be a better option. The Founders understood the need for checks and balances, so why isn't this a no-brainer?
