Shadrach
Was it a necessary or smart move for TOB to play Shadrach and burn his redshirt? I know a lot have opined on radio and other blogs that TOB messed this one up. Particularly given how stable the RB situation is with State.
I personally think there is no problem with it. Nothing is guaranteed in football. Coaches get fired/retire, players get hurt. Gotta live for today. This experience will help him and the team when his number is called again. Redshirts are certainly a tool for creating future depth but primarily for developing an individual's skills. If a guy can play today you play him. Who cares about his potential 2016 season.

He made that abundantly clear with his (ill-advised) decision to go with Glennon and kick Wilson to the curb.
