I somewhat disagree, but only for this reason. Someone can only be arrogant when he or she has something to be overly proud of or confident about. UNC has nothing of the sort. That makes UNC fans much more "delusional" than "arrogant." In either case, they are definitely the most obnoxious fans, and the biggest group of fair-weather bandwagoneers in the country.
