The funny thing is these sorts of flights are what Pack Pride claimed was going to bring down UNC basketball.

All the credit goes to your own Todd Turner for that decision. Vanderbilt's former athletic dept also says thanks. Such a smart guy he was.

I'm afraid the events of the past few weeks were too much for TBK. Has anyone checked on him?

"Campbell's notoriety may make the flights with NCSU coaches seem odd, but there is nothing illegal about them, and there has been no hint of impropriety."
Copied from the N&O article. That pretty much says it all.

a football coach that has 1 road win against atlantic division opponents in 6 years. A coach that is leading his deepest most talented team ever to 7-5 at best, but dont count out 6-6, but hopefully 7-5 so he can stick around for a few more years of mediocre football

Gottfried has had one losing season to UNC, and Fedora has had one winning season against NCSU. It's a bit early for any bragging just yet - all that can really be said is that Sidney Lowe was no match for Roy Williams, and Butch Davis was no match for Tom O'Brien. From the looks of things, I doubt Roy will have an easy time against Gottfried, and I also doubt that O'Brien (or whomever the coach may be next year) will have an easy time against Fedora.
