Gottfried was already in the fold kitty. Just like we already have a new football coach now but we are interviewing two others to satisfy the unc walmarters. Hey kitty, you all invented koolaid. Keep drinking it. What's the flavor of the week? It has to be a pink flavor. It is so fitting for unc. Keep up the good work.

She wuf points to Gott as example of success......with a sample size of, let's see.....one season. brilliant! Doesn't look, like this season is off to the standards of expectations

Just as a funny side note, look at how many more views this thread has per post than the others. Is there any doubt that tons of people read that headline, then fist pumped and clicked it before the letdown of reading the post? How many other people said "OH NO!" and clicked it before they were relieved of their worry after reading the post?

#butler - nothing to do with this thread, but keep obsessing; that's what we love about you Ragers.

#5-1 - and you're running TOB out of town b/c of the -1.

#ROFL - hence, this is what we are doing. G'times!

Cool thread sport...I see where you're going with it and I like it. Those are all candidates that clearly won't be coaching here, thus mocking State.

Now if you'll excuse me I'm allegedly leaving to go to a Caribbean island for a vacation. But while I'm there allegedly, I'll still post on this college sports message board b/c it's not enough for me to know I'm there allegedly, I want others to know as well and think/say good things about me.

let me explain it to you skippy.....when Kool Aid was fired, NC State fans had Shaka Smart and John Calapari coming here amongst others. Then they spent 90k to hire a guy who no one else wanted and hadn't worked in two year (he will suffer the same fate as TOB within 3 years)....so there is some sarcasm in my statement....look up the meaning

You mean the UNC football coaching choice that lead to TOBy's early exit out of town?

  • early exit Roy Nov 25, 2012
    All Star

I assume sportsnutz is upset unc couldn't hire a big name football coach. Those guys he mentioned never had any interest in their football powerhouse so he uses some sarcasm to throw off on our search which hasn't started yet. I hope we don't have to drop down to our fourth or fifth choice like they did in chapel hill.

  • Rapid Deployment Nov 25, 2012

Matt Kupec seems the obvious choice. He has football experience, connections in the admin area, knows where the best hotels are on the road. He'd make a great coach.
