He (apparently) was 20 years old and had some connection to the school. I believe he had spoken with the principal before this.

Prayers to the families and friends of the victims. What a horrific event, and just before Christmas, too.

So he killed is father before going to the school to kill his mother, a teacher at the school. He was known to staff, who buzzed him in, since that school is basically locked to outsiders unless buzzed in.
