RE: Best Rookie QB In The NFL
- Posted by Rameses UnchainedIf RW was on the East Coast I think he might have a better shot. RG3...I dunno, the Colts were sooooo bad and the Skins have a descent team. If RG3 had not gotten hurt but that affects the body of work to judge. It will be a tight race. I'm gonna side with Buffy and say Luck.- Posted by BattlingBishop 5Wilson, RG3 and Luck are all studs and the future of the NFL! The rookie class overall has produced this year even 6th round pick Alfred Morris for the Redskins! I think all 3 have a case for ROY but since I'm a Redskins fan I will go with RG3! :)- Posted by larrys080 .v1
+1....RG3 has had an incredible season. Luck will eventually get control of his Ints but as of now, I would have to go with RG3, RW, followed by Luck.
A Morris - what a find that was for the 'Skins.
Yeah....I picked RG3 given the 'Skins history over the last 5 years. They finished last from 2008 through 2011, had a 3rd place finish in 2007. Agree with ya regarding RW - but he's over there. The Colts were 2 - 14 in 2011 but I wonder if a lot of that had to do with them mentally being out of it due to Manning missing the season. I don't follow them but they could have just thrown in the towel as a team. The Colts were 24 - 8 combined in 2009/2010.
Thing about Luck that hurts him a little IMHGTNCWCCU opinion is the 54.1 comp % & the 18 picks. He's obviously on his way to being one of the NFL's elite players. As you pointed out, he gets a lot of credit for reversing their course, 11 - 5 & a playoff berth. I'm good with any of 'em as they all did some great things this season. Question is - can they sustain it?
