I am not exactly sure what you are saying Duane11 but I pull usually for the underdog of whomever is playing within the ACC conference. If an ACC team is playing outside the conference I pull for the ACC.
I tend to be partial to the Carolina Tarheels but also like the MD Terps.
In observing this sports group for a few weeks after a co-worker told me about it I have found it fascinating to watch the amount of Jive Talk that occurs among the different team fans. A lot of it tending towrds the rediculous. On many occassions it seems to actually get personal between members. I wish it was more sports related talk however I will say that it does get pretty funny on here at times.

Funny that once EWEnc fans show up, all the boards go to heck. Coincidence?

    I think not.

Agree. What I saw lasted all of one day, but, it was strange, but nice, to see it. Even for a while.

Edit: Okay, now, I think I know who this is. :-)

We are all pulling together for the betterment of the ACC. That's why the other 11 or 13 other teams need to improve the ACC. while the trash(the farce that IS ewenc) needs to be taken out.(or at least cleaned up)

TB in NC, go over to the Carolina sites and you will find all the trolls you want. The lunatic fringe for NCSU and Duke are all present and accounted for.
Why oh why cant we all just get along? We should ALL be pulling together for the betterment of the ACC conference.

Oh, I don't know, Hansy seems content to keep posting his passive-aggressive poll questions:

"Which is more impressive, an ugly win for State or an ugly loss for us? Uh, I mean UNC..."

Not a problem for me but I can see where others might think otherwise. It was just ironic posted on the thread you had started.

    Go Irish. Huge Underdogs!

Sorry you feel that way. Not my intent at all. I was merely stating what I know others MAY be thinking. No disrespect intended.

That is unfortunately exactly what starts the commenting back up. You do not realize it but you just acted like a troll yourself with that statement to Carolina fans. Hopefully we can all get along.

It is awfully nice when marked goes away.

I guess one way of looking at it is, since Carolina is looking so bad, right now at least, all their fans have come down off their pedestals and decided to act rational, for now.

    Just one possible perspective. :)

that a lot of UNC fans have given up talking smack to Duke and State fans, and EVERYONE, it seems, are talking the finer points of basketball, players, recruiting, coaching, etc.

So many are being respectful and polite to each other, I feel like I've entered The Twilight Zone. :-)
