To answer Hans,
Well, just the fact that Hans is denying that he's not a Tarheel fan and he takes time to be critical of a talented state quarterback and that the baby blues lost to the cavaliers this past Sunday qualifies him as an honorary "Tar-baby" fan. So thanks to Hans for making all of us smile with predictable transparent critical comments while not being able to admit to standing behind any particular team. Another courageous fan unable to admit what team his supports for fear of having to support them. My conclusion is that this indicates the Hans stands for nothing! signed wallpak
Well, I'm not a Tarheel fan, but if I were, I don't see why that would matter to me. I mean, is that an official stat they keep or something? Do you get a banner for that?

He's still mad that his predictions always fail so miserably, like CJL going pro, etc.

His prediction is like an economist screaming there is going to be a recession every year until it finally happens due to the cyclical nature of most economies.

It sure took them a long time to get around to that, didn't it? Two whole years! Debbie sure got right on that one, didn't she? LOL

I will watch the same way I watched TOB lose his job for his RW decision - as I predicted :)

Except that he does have mobility. The few times he chose to run, he surprised people with his running ability. His arm is such a weapon, he prefers (as did the coaches) that he only run as a last resort.
Just keep watching. I know you will. You care more about State than you do Carolina. :)

^^^. Glennon will be a bust for exactly the reasons listed by ESPN - his stock took a major hit with his bowl performance- it was the only football game on at the time ( maybe 1 more) - any GM would be taking a big chance on a QB with a great arm but no mobility or ability to create his own play like RW

Except that Glennon is almost guaranteed to make the big money in the NFL.
Glennon has proven his worth already. He's been invited to play in the SENIOR BOWL. When he gets to throw to receivers that won't drop his "on the money" passes, he will look even better to anyone that still has their doubts. He has the height and the cannon arm of a prototypical NFL quarterback.
I'm honestly not so sure about JMM. He's being exposed this year. Maybe NBA teams will take him based purely on speculation. But remember CJL's first couple of years? People thought he'd be one-and-done. But he wasn't good enough. Sure, he could have gone and made some money. But it wouldn't have been the BIG money. Honestly, I'm not convinced that he still doesn't need one more year.
That's also how I feel about JMM. He'll make money in the NBA, but if he wants the BIG, BIG money, he may need another year or two in college ball. He could have had the big, big money LAST year, before he got exposed.
