Florida QB Jacoby Brissett
Backup Florida QB Jacoby Brissett has announced he will transfer and enroll at a new school this semester. His schools of choice are supposedly down to NCSU, WVU, Louisville, and Arkansas but it is rumored it's pretty much between NCSU and WVU. With Jake Spavital leaving WVU, I think State may be the front runner.
Pretty impressive offer list that includes FSU, South Carolina, Tex A&M, and LSU, among others.

^ perfect. Jordan Lynch was a dual threat also considered a heisman contender even though kinda longshot considering he played for a MAC team
