Will this be Harper's last season?

What say ye? 0-4 in the ACC and 8-8 overall - just lost to Carolina. You know she was feeling the heat when it was announced a YOW would be running the show. Will Dr. Yow give her the axe? Sure hope not. It'd be a shame.

0-4 in any sport isnt good. Yow wants to win and I think thats a good thing. I like Kelly (follow her on Twitter) but I liked Herb and was able to move on. Its about the W and when those dont come on a consistent basis ADs at all schools look to make a change.

That's why it'd be a shame to fire Kellie. She's the only thing worth looking at at women's games (no offense to Mr. Harper) if you should find yourself there. Well, I guess the dance team, too, when they come out.

I agree, she's pretty hot as far as female basketball coaches go. But she probably needs to go if we're just going downhill now.

I'm a firm believer that you wait until the season is over before you make decisions like this, though.

I think recruiting is her achilles heel. She will be a GREAT coach one day...somewhere. I hope Yow gives her the chance to do that here. We upset Duke last year in the ACC Tourney. We always play hard.

The dance team is my FAVORITE part of college sports.

I have been logged in for a long time, so I couldn't tell you. I rarely shut down my computer. I put it in "Sleep" mode, and keep my browser window open. Maybe there was a problem for people logging in, but not for people that were already logged in.

i was hoping Harper would do the job, after she took the Pack to the ncaa in her first yr, but she has had a losing season & an nit season since...with the way this yr is looking, she better step it up or she will not be around...its not good enough to battle hard and lose close games, you gotta win...a 16-32 conference record doesnt cut it
