Responding to thee Jacob "the Giant Want a Be": You can call us David or whatever we don't care because the bottom line is: 1) The final score against the tar babies is what going to count this year and 2) The Giant "died" if you recall(or, oh I guess that was several paragraphs, pages and books into the bible so too much to expect in this case). Try letting your teams actions (score) speak for itself or maybe you forsee that you may have to live in the past given the way things are looking presently. It's the tar babies turn in the barrel now and if we can help it we will make it an extended stay. Your are most welcome and deserving signed your friends of David. signed wallpak

I found this clip of UNC-CHeat fans after beating Duke in a regular season game. These UNC-CHeat nerds were laughing at the way NCSU fans reacted. What a clueless group those UNC-CHeat fans are!!!!!!!!!

You're having trouble understanding why wuffies are happy that State just beat the #1 team in the nation?

Then we're probably not going to be able to explain it to you.

Btw, thanks for that stroll down memory lane of past achievements.

Last year State had 3 starters foul out. This year Duke had one bench player to foul out. You do the math. Also the whistles didnt start blowing until the second half. The bonus checks were given at the half!

Went to two UNC/Duke basketball games while I was in school at Carolina, rushed Franklin Street every time we beat them. Good times. Traditions like that are what makes the rivalry great.

Yeah, someone who has participated in the nation's best CBB rivalry numerous times doesn't know how rivalries work. Gotcha.

Ask Duke who their primary rivalry is-they'll say UNC. As Carolina who their primary rival is, they'll say Duke.

A Question to Chapellthrillv2 for the some answers since he is so handy with the conference titles research. How many of those tarheel conference & national titles would the tarheels actually have if their athletes were actually held to acc academic standards? How many of those titles were made by athletes that went to class, wrote their on papers, took their on tests, made their on grades, could read paragraphs and even books and therefore receive an quality education at chapel hill? How many of the chapel hill titles should be vacated and how many will be vacated if the NCAA eliminates conflict of interest within their investigative staff & management? All of us can see by how nervous Roy Williams gets when questions on the NCAA investigation involve what athletic programs were involved and how far back the academic compliance problematic evidence goes. What if their were evidence of academic fraud going on back to 1993, what then and should it vacate titles? So the question everyone wants to know is how many of those titles are valid and how many are invalid??? My guess it all of Dukes titles are clean but I would say the tarheels are in grave danger of having theirs tarnished even if they never get vacated due to NCAA conflict of interest protection. The way we see it, we want to earn our titles the right way with scholastic athletes that earn it and do their work both on the field and in the class room period.

Why is it unheard of that we storm the court after beating a number 1 ranked Duke, however, when UNC beats Duke, the town of Chapel Hill needs the fire department on standby just to be sure the fans don't burn up the city with all the bond fires. And yes, this is during the regular season as well. How is one different from the other...please explain.

NC State should be proud and the only reason these trollers are here is because it absolutely kills them to no end that State is doing well. We have struggled for decades and storming the court is perfectly ok in this situation. No one should feel the least bit of regret for doing that. You losers keep on posting on the Wolves Den with negative, immature comments if it makes you feel better. Boo Hoo.

Troll to your heart's desire. This win over a #1 team has been a long time coming and the experience is something new for the fans that stormed the court. If this win is the beginning to a new relevance in basketball after such a long absence, I will not chastise those who stormed the court.

Those seasons of 20 wins under Sendek that bored the fans to sleep has been replaced with an up tempo game that brings excitement back to WolfPack basketball. There are no guarantees that it will last, but let the fans enjoy while it does.
