Happy for State, but this is taking it to a new level. In reality, it was 1 conference game. And no excuses, but a healthy Kelly and Curry MAY have made a difference. We'll see in the rematch.

what was CJL supposed to do, TURN DOWN an interview on the TODAY SHOW, in which he was being quasi "honored"???
please... it's half a day... he'll just meet up with the team today in Md, and nothing will have been missed.

Think about what you just said. A Duke fan jealous of the attention NC State is getting? Seriously?
We've already beaten Kentucky, Ohio State, and Louisville among others in nationally broadcasted games. Even our games against teams like Santa Clara will show up on ESPNU. We've gotten all the attention we need, and we're 15-1, 7-1 vs RPI Top-50.
I said I was happy for State. I'm glad that program is back to where it was in the '80s. I love having all 3 triangle teams be competitive. I've just never seen a team react to a regular season win the way State did (esp when you're picked #1 in the ACC and are ranked in the top-20). You know that whole phrase, "act like you've been there before"? Well, it applies here.
LOL, then by all means, "been there before"... do explain when an incident of this magnitude, invovling a handicapped kid happened following a duke game... during a duke game, or even remotely close to a duke game???
you have NO comparison.... but, you're clearly still irked by the REALITY, that no one on your roster can cover CJL, and are thus left feeling a bit "small" about all the attention he's so DESERVEDLY receiving.
it isn't even basketball related... perhaps that will help you digest it better.
