Wolfers Lined Up for Game Already at 6:00 AM = Biggest Game of the Year for Pack

Wow, the wolfers are lined up already at 6:00 am for the UNC game. They apparently feel like this is the biggest game of the year for them. Much like UNC was their super bowl for football. The coach lost his job this year over losing that game.

Really the students were more pumped up for the duke game. Students began lining up at 2 a.m. for that game. Don't get me wrong we would still love to beat you and we probably dislike you more, but we wanted to beat duke more that unc this year. But I'm sure I'm delusional and don't even know what I want and that I'm making an excuse if we lose.

I'm with you, jd... beating Duke THIS year means far more than beating unc, but clearly this is the FIRST TIME EVER for ESPN to do their basketball game day in Raleigh... so OF COURSE the local fans (mostly students) want to be there early, and take advantage of a "once in a lifetime" occurrence as a Student.

This. ESPN Gameday is the no. 1 reason, no matter who we'd be playing. Both UNC and State were expected to still be ranked, I'm sure. Not quite the hype for ESPN, but, still a big game for all of us.

agreed... it's kinda sad the holes couldn't keep up their end of the bargain.

oh well... certainly NOT the first time they've disappointed a major network.

Haw,haw,haw....wolfers refuse to admit we are their superbowl for football and basketball. Meanwhile they drive on icy roads at 6:00 am and line up outside to wait in freezing temps for our game.

What a joke they are and Wolfie and TB are FULL OF SHAT!

Pretty sure the only reason gameday is in Raleigh is because Carolina is playing.

That would be a pretty accurate statement. If they were playing anyone else they would not be there when state kollege has lost 2 of last 3. Never been there before either.

I think "Doctor" snicker Yow paid ESPN to do this as her attempt to make the wolfers win. Last year it was the cocoa and googs act.....LMFAO!!! Bwaaaahhaaaa!
