All the loud bragging talk about the Dream Team back in September/October and now they go from #6 to Not Ranked!!! Bahhhaaaaaaawwwaaaa!
What will the wolfers do with those banners and trophies they already bought???? How sad for them having their hopes dashed by Gott-fired and his inept coaching.
Tarheels were being laughed at by Wolfers and now they are looking up at us in the ACC as it always is. Poor things thought they would win the ACC.
So much Talent and yet so many losses! State Kollege continues to not have a Program! What will "Doctor" (snicker) Yow do? Time to fire Gott-fired......

I am so disappointed with my wolfpack
We have more talent than anyone in the ACC and among tops in the country and now we go from #6 to unranked
We really need to look at our coach and find out why he is not preparing the team to handle close games
Oh eventually we will win a close game but that is just like we knew we would eventually beat Carolina
Nothing lasts forever
Time to fire Gottfried and get a real coach to take us to the top and have a real Program

Well, if NC State sucks so bad, it must surely feel bad that we could have beat UNC by 50 if we wanted to. NC State destroyed UNC, and then let up. I mean it looked bad, so bad that I actually felt sorry for UNC.
NC State's last 4 losses combine for a total of 7 points. That's 4 games that easily could have gone the other way. We've had a minor setback that we can hopefully straighten out in the next 4 weeks.
The Miami game did do one really good thing, and that was to break Tyler Lewis in. I'm not at all worried about this team. Now we have 2 top tier point guards.
Yes NC State enjoyed the overhype, a little too much for some, but most of us didn't want the hype. We don't like being overrated like UNC. So this is what overrated feels like...

Here my fellow fan goes making it clear that beating Carolina is all that matters
No prblem we lost #2 in a row with Miami
No prblem we lose 3 in a row when Duke beats us in their liitle Gym
We do not want the hype (To be ranked????)
Typical fellow wolfpack fan response but we must step up our expectations and not be satisfied with losing
We need to win and be ranked when we have the talent we have
Stop being satisfied with below average performance

No prblem we lost #2 in a row with Miami
No prblem we lose 3 in a row when Duke beats us in their liitle Gym
We do not want the hype (To be ranked????)
Typical fellow wolfpack fan response but we must step up our expectations and not be satisfied with losing
We need to win and be ranked when we have the talent we have

So our team loses a couple of games and you want the coach Fired. You are what's wrong with the fanbase, not me. Go pull for UNC or Duke. Their fans stand behind their coaches, which I remind you Duke was #1 twice and got knocked off. We have a team problem that needs to be fixed, and yeah the coaching may help the close game issue, but you don't go calling for the coaches head this early. And now UNC gets to watch NC State fans argue amongst ourselves. We have a team issue, look at how Warren and Howell interact.
No I didn't realy care to be ranked 6th with no proving wins. That kind of stuff only makes the players cocky, like beating UNC and Duke, and gives fuel to UNC when we don't do as the media expected us. We have historically lost the next game after beating UNC or Duke, so what we fire our coach when we beat UNC. We NEED to have realistic expectations. I'm not saying expect to lose, but every team has slumps during a season. Should Kentucky FIRE their coach? They did afterall have the #1 recruiting class, and they did prove they can go all the way with freshmen once before.
I was PO'ed with the loss to Miami, but I liked how Lewis stepped up. I mean these guys are still kids. They are right there, right on the edge of being the great team they should be, and they need a supportive fanbase to get them there, not there own fans (YOU) telling them they suck or the coach sucks.
