State was on a mission the first time around and IMO they would have beat Duke even with Kelly. I fully excpect Duke to be prepared for this game and play very well. If Brown doesn't play I expect a blowout but either way Duke comes out on top.

They are building up to using it as an excuse, just like with Kelly which they have been whining about for weeks.

I have to wonder what State's excuse will be once UNC beats them at home and they fall even further behind UNC in the ACC standings.

It shall be interesting to read.

Being behind UNC in the ACC standings with the "best" Pack team in decades has obviously gotten to you.

State fans have already used poor coaching and infighting as their excuses for losing 4 of the past 6 games.

I try to give State the benefit of the doubt during basketball season.
During football season I will be back in attack mode.

Someone's head is spinning. It is an injury announcement. Hairston, though a solid defender, will not make the difference in the NCST/Duke game.
