David Glenn whines too much:

... .. ... gosh, he went on & on like a drone about how Scott Wood slipped a defender by grabbing a jersey to get in the clear for the winning shot against Clemson, (that that foul should always be called) but in the past he's always stated that refs just aren't going to make such a call at such a crucial last second time in the game, especially if a star player is involved, you know like Michael Jordan, of course. DG is a Heel homer through & through and it shows, I just thought it was great that Adam & Joe called him on it during their 99The Fan show that followed his yesterday!

I didn't think DG went on an on about Scott Wood as much as he did about the Cook play at the end of the Duke/BC game. I think he spent so much time on those plays because people called in as part of the "best and worst of the weekend".

DG was just doing his job, which is harp on the things that will generate callers and increase the listening audience. It apparently worked on some of you.

DG changed the name of his pub to The ACC Sports Journal, it use to be called The P o o o p (- one "o") Sheet (a Heel rag), he attended UNC after exiting Miami as an undergrad, and if you listen to his radio show he still has a slant that despite his best efforts to be impartial, a slant that is still tinged by baby blue, yes, he just can't break those ties that bind, problem is he's starting to sound constipated.

I know where DG went to school, and I don't see him showing any bias towards the Heels, but I've heard other fans express your opinion, so I guess it may be me wearing the light blue glasses:)

I didn't know about the P--p Sheet though. He always promotes the ACC Sports Journal. I was going to subscribe to it, but it is too expensive. DG does toot his own horn a lot, but he seems to be respectful to callers, something I can't say about Adam and Joe.

DG deserved to be called out, he's a big boy, he can take it, and he's trying his best to be impartial for the most part, I will give you that, but it's a struggle for him.

Funny he would do that, after he belittled State fans for complaining about similar no-calls in games that State lost.
