I sure hope TJ stays and gets his degree.

Guess all those wolfpack posts boasting of a win did not open it. What a dookie jokester. Maybe if you are lucky you can get the dookie poster girl Mangum to perform for the basketball team. Lol

Agreed. Not looking good for state college next year.

It's just three sticks to them. But to the Educated, not meaning Poohs and Piglets, it's a great and glorious A.

If you mean the Tarheels will have schooled TJ then you would be correct. UNC wins easily.

  • eYore Feb 23, 2013

TJWarren will start the game versus UNC and by the time he gets back on the bus to return to Raleigh, whether they win or lose, he will have received a degree from UNC. It's not much of a degree. It's just right from not much of a program.

I would agree that Lorenzo, Leslie, and Warren will go pro next year. Howell and Wood are seniors. This will leave the wolfpack strong at guard with Purvis and Lewis but very short everwhere else except where some of their fresmen might perform a bit. At any rate this will spell a bad year for the wolfpack.
UNC will return almost all of its team with the big loss being McAdoo. they will get several McDs and should be a dominant team again next year.
Duke loses Plumlee, curry Kelly and maybe Suliman though he may stay. They return a lot of talent and will also be dominant again next year.
Looking like next year is a UNC/Duke year again and NC State will probably fight for 5th or 6th spot with the rest of the league at best.

As for this year look for Duke to win the ACC, UNC and State to make the NCAA and both probably flameout in the 2nd round. Certainly neither goes past Sweet 16. Duke has the opportunity to do much better and could win it all or like last year coule lose in the first or second round. Only time will tell.

The big loser will be the wolfpack which has the most overall talent in the ACC but has underperformed badly this year. Many would say due to poor coaching. NC State has not had a potential contending team in over 2 decades and this years talent having such a poor season will certainly sting the fans of the wolfpack. And as stated above it will be a long year once again for the pack.

How can you all say a team that can't even beat a lowly Virginia Tech team at home without having to play extra minutes can have SO many players ready for the draft?

Howell and Wood are the only ones leaving, because they have to. CJ, Lorenzo, TJ, and Purvis hang around and hopefully my Heels can get a chance to beat them next year, cause it doesn't look like we can this year.

  • 86wolfAlumn Feb 22, 2013

I.want TJ to stay but if he can be first round I think he goes! Simple logic which no dookie has. Even old Ken D said he is gone. Time will tell but scoring like he does is getting noticed and the mistake that JMM made from UNC!

^Seems like wishful thinking on your part, state will be fine next season. Pretty good recruiting class with some nice talent returning next season...who knows maybe baby hubert and joel james will be good for unc next season as well...or not.

  • 86wolfAlumn Feb 22, 2013

He is rated right now along with lo and CJ! Is CJ ready.....no but he is gone as will Warren.......bank it! Righr now TJ is probably rated in top 35 for the draft and if he plays decently will only go higher!

I agree. One more year and his stock would soar.

  • 86wolfAlumn Feb 22, 2013

Was rated by CBS as pick #43 Feb 5, prior to his 30 point game.......he is right by Calvin in draft now

I have all ideas he will stay at state another year, but if he has another year like he started this one all bets all off. I hope he stays healthy and does not get hurt. Best of luck fellow I hope the pack will be able to replace you when you go.

TJ is history.......the 30 points the other night along with how he will finish guarantee that.........of course my pack peers will argue he stays up until he signs the contract
next year we are in a world of hurt at state

TJ is clearly not ready for the pros. I can't imagine he would be drafted very high at all. Experience and maturity will really help him.

Just curious 66wolfimposter...what dorm did you stay in at State.

(or what bridge did you live under...troll)

  • 86wolfAlumn Feb 20, 2013

He is gone next year along with everyone except Lewis, Pervis and Vandenburger....We are SCA-REWED!
