Symptoms of a nervous or mental breakdown
The signs and symptoms of your 'nervous breakdown' are signs that you have reached your limit, not that you're going mad! You are just at breaking point - completely 'stressed out' and at the 'end of your tether'.
There is a limit to us all and there is a limit to how much you can cope with too. Sometimes life throws just too much at us and/or we are short of resources - internal or external - to deal with all that stress.

Thanks for the PSA. However, I believe that sassie went over the edge long ago. Nobody with an IQ above 40 could act like that on a consistent basis.

If you add my IQ's from all my personalities it comes up to 43.
