Can the Pack defend the 3?

If so, they will snag a much needed win, but they aren't noted for their defense. #11 in the ACC for total defense but #4 for 3 point defense. Heels aren't much better, #9 total defense and #9 on the 3. Stopping the 3 will give the Pack a road win.

Making far better than their fair share of three-pointers will be the only way the Heels can stay in this game. The frontcourt matchups are so bad for them that I almost feel sorry for the Tarholers, and the backcourt matchups are nearly as one-sided (with the exception of Brown v. Paige, which is just as one-sided as the Leslie v. Hairston mismatch). If the Pastel Pansies don't make 15+ three-pointers in this game, the Pack wins by 20 pts or more, easily.

Unfortunately as close as the Heels stayed with dook at Cameron I have to think they will kill us in the DD. If we think Howell and CJ are going to make that much of a difference in rebounding I think we are sadly mistaken. The Heels are going to beat us I just hope we keep it under a 20 point defeat!

Unfortunately as close as the Heels stayed with dook at Cameron I have to think they will kill us in the DD. I don't think we have a prayer in this one. State college is just too good for us. Also, since our players have been forced to attend classes this year, it has really taken a toll on us. But we do appreciate the kind words from such a thoughtful State college fan.

I do not think Weak Forest Had to hit 30 #s to beat us! LOL! Wow...even out dook brothers act totally delusional about our chances this year. Guess the were the red ragers if it entails UNC. Like Sassie has pointed out we need to start to look at thinks in a realistic and logical manner instead of in a delusional way. Great example is KT Returns bragging about losing....we need to stay focused on winning and not feeling good about "close".
