Which team is better?

Which team is better?

With only two weeks to go in the regular season, the differences between the Wolfpack and the Tarheels couldn't be more pronounced.

One of these schools is a virtual lock for the NCAA tourney, having already amassed an impressive 19 wins against only 8 losses. The other is struggling, and clearly on the NCAA bubble with a mere 19 wins and a staggering 8 losses.

One of them has been a virtual scoring machine this year, piling up an impressive 78.1 points per game. The other has struggled to find its offensive touch, averaging a mere 78.1 points per game to date.

Of course, one of these schools has been helped tremendously by the bias of the referees - so much so that they have only been called for 15 fouls per game. The other team finds itself always playing 8 against 5, which is reflected in the fact that due to bad calls they have averaged 15 fouls per game by their stalwarts.

Can you tell which team is which?

RE: Which team is better?

UNC is definitely the better team and coach. State has better talent and seniority but pitiful coaching! Overall UNC is the better Team and is 9-3 for last 12 games whereas the wolfers are 5-6 for last 11 games. Any fool can see who is better and hopefully that includes you Ken D. If not you have been totally screwed up over on Shatzoos forum of 4. ROFL!!!

I certainly agree with your statement that any fool can see which is better.

RE: Which team is better?

I agree your post is fodder for the shatzoo foursome and why don't you head back there so the four of you can discuss it...LOLOLOL!

RE: Which team is better?

Leaving out the results of UNC's current lineup is shortsighted. Clearly UNC is playing better ball at the moment.

It is obvious team A is the better team. Stats don't lie.

RE: Which team is better?

No clear favorite - how they have gotten to where they are is what drives perception , two weeks ago Moo U fans were on here talking NIT for UNC - now they find themselves essentially even with that same team. This time of the year is about momentum , one week you may have it and the next you don't . There was some high expectations on this years Pack's team - right now they aren't living up to those .
