looking at the stats for the ravens/bills game, i see where C Canty of the ravens was credited with 1 sack, 0 tfl, 0 qb hits....C Graham had 3 tfl, 0 sacks, 0 qb hits...for the vikings, J Allen had 2 tfl, 2.5 sacks, and 4 tackles(2+2.5 = 4????)....obviously, these stats are mutually exclusive, which makes you WRONG....you gotta work harder to be smarter than a nobody....sux for u, LMAO!!

    "these stats are mutually exclusive"...

If that is the case, then Mary-o would have been credited for more than 1 total tackle in the game vs the Ravens.

But hey, let's give him the benefit of the doubt...2.

Please allow kato to rephrase, so nobody does not get confused (or attempt to deflect)...

So nobody, if those stats are mutually exclusive, then why is Mary-o only credited with one tackle in the game vs the Ravens?

i don't have an official explanation, so i would venture that since tackle for loss is a separate statistical category, it does not count in the just plain tackle category...just like a sack doesn't appear to count as a qb hit, even tho you have to hit the qb in order to sack him(in most instances)...or a sack doesn't count as a tfl, even tho the offense has lost ydg as a result of the sack(tackle)...however, your original statement was that those stats for Mary-o came from the one (1) play he made in the entire game (a QB sack, which equates to a tackle for a loss). (see what i did there-turned the tables on you)...i just showed that a sack and a tfl are not the same, which directs us back to the short answer: nobody-right, kato-wrong...just like the spelling of Wolfpack: nobody-right, kato-wrong

  • kato_karma2.4 Oct 2, 2013

Maybe you should read up on old ToolSACs post first. Matthews is due to make $21.590,000 this year, what he will be "paid", Mario $15,200,000, which is what he will get "paid". Mario might have a rich contract and will get "paid" more in the future, but if he don't play, he won't get "paid", period. He gets hurt that contract will vanish like flatuence in the wind. BTW, quoting a dated article with flawed sports rhetoric does not trump raw numbers. Try posting accurately with a proper use of the English language, and I won't have to smack you into a Red Rage seizure.

Now off with you two girlz, I've wasted enough time giving you a free "tudor" lesson...

This thread was created to increase visibility on Mary-o's off-field issues and raise awareness that there is more to life than money. As such, does anyone have an update on the ring thing? How about that controversy over Mary-o's "law enforcement degree" and the shutdown of the college that issued it?

(meantime, if interested in Mary-o's on-field performance, please refer to another, more appropriate thread that clarifies where his numbers are "after" others have played the same number of games: http://www.wralsportsfan.com/ncsu/forum_topic/11574985/?d_full_comments=1&d_comments_page=18&d_id_edit=0&id=)
