Is it normal for fans to keep using the word "rebuilding" for over 30 years?

State College could care less about their own athletic department. Their main concern is EVERYTHING Carolina! This is why they will NEVER compete on the national level at football or basketball! When half of Dr. Yows meetings revolve around whats going on at Carolina then that should be a red flag!

Kollege fans have been talking about rebuilding seasons since cheater Valvano won the chumpionship. Now they even apply it to football. Sad but true. It seems like a viable term to use for 1 season and in extreme cases maybe 2 but 30 = LMFAO!!!
And what I love is despite the loser football and basketball programs, the wolfer fans try to convince themselves they are good with comments like "They really play as a team"....."these guys really hustle"........"if it were not for injuries and bad calls we would be champions".
Sounds to me like saying "She has a great personality" when she looks like a state cheerleader!!! BAAAWWWWWAAAAWWWAAAAA!!!!
