Told ya so!
weaklings report Dec 11, 12:52 p.m.
Tyler averages the same amount of assists(3.8 vs 3.9) as Barber, in less minutes...he averages the same amt of steals(.3 vs .5) in less minutes...same amt of rebounds(1.8 vs 2.4), in less minutes....he has a better assist-to-turnover ratio than Barber(Barber has twice as many turnovers, but not twice as many minutes)....the biggest diff(i.e, the deal-breaker, for the slow thinking) is in the scoring(Lewis averages 35% from the floor, 12.5% from 3 pt...Barber is sitting at 52%/43%)....even the intentionally dense can see where the problem lies, its elementary....if Tyler were scoring, he would be off-setting any short-comings on defense, and get more playing time....the last play I recall him making, in the last game, was stepping in front of the other guy, and causing him to travel(hence, a turnover caused by good defense).....carry on

Putting the paper (stats) aside and watching over the past season plus, you find Tyler regularly struggling on D.
In addition to quicker guards blowing by and scoring and/or dishing, the bigger guards simply shoot over him.
In that sense, Tyler would get more playing time...if he scored considerably more (as in considerably more than Cat's current scoring clip of 13.0 per game).

One, in most UNC games he has played the 2 guard this year. Two, posting obnoxiously and consecutively, come on man.
