Sounds like Bon Qui Qui is deflecting once again and is too scared to discuss the topic at hand.....either that or she's tired after her ride on the short bus and needs time to think about it.

are getting a little tired of the "spin".

"Regarding the May 17 news article “ New details intensify rap on Willingham”: It is clear from N&O reporting that Mary Willingham was truthful in her UNC research application. The data were coded, and she did not have access to the codes."

"Certainly it would have been wise for her to inform the committee that she did have access to the athletes’ names and to justify the need for access; that would have been sufficient for approval of her research. She did not violate HIPAA or FERPA regulations as claimed by Bradley Bethel since she is not a “health care provider” and did not “disclose personally identifiable information.”

It is ironic that Bethel privately raised the same concerns as Willingham. What I find most troubling is the provost’s false claim that “the test that was administered to the student-athletes was a reading vocabulary subtest” – only this information was given to his outside experts."
