NC State will have to wait until game time to find out if Courtney Fells will play against Florida.
Fells continues to be dogged by an ankle injury which dates back until the Davidson game. He did not practice Friday morning, and could miss NC State's game in Gainesville.
Wolfpack coach Sidney Lowe says he expects Fells’ status will continue to be in question for the next few games, regardless of whether he plays against the Gators.
“It will be a game-day decision for a little while,” says Lowe, “until we can get him a little break.”
After injuring his ankle in the Dec. 6 game at Davidson, Fells sat out NC State’s next two games. But he appeared to be on the mend, averaging 31 minutes in the Pack’s last three contests against Marquette, Loyola and Towson.
