N.C. State's Brown, Hill invited to Senior Bowl

N.C. State seniors Andre Brown and Anthony Hill have accepted invitations to play in the Under Armour Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., on Jan.24. The game will kick off at 7 p.m. and will be televised by the NFL Network.

The Senior Bowl is an All-Star game that is closely watched by NFL scouts., and players who do well there have a chance to significantly improve their draft status.

Brown, a tailback from Greenville, N.C., finished his N.C. State career ranked seventh in school history in career rushing yards (2,539), seventh in rushing touchdowns (22) and 12th in career scoring (144 points).

Hill, a tight end from Houston, was a team captain in 2008 after sitting out the 2007 season with an injury. He finished his career with 80 catches for 848 yards.
