Shaw names interim AD

Raleigh, N.C. — Shaw University has named Marcus Clarke interim athletic director. He will replace Alfonza Carter, who was named Dean of Students last week.
Clarke, who will also continue his duties as the compliance officer for the athletic department, returns to a role he held two years ago when Carter spent a year as director of recruiting and admissions.
