Description: Texans running back Arian Foster rushed for 157 yards on 23 carries and gained 15 receiving yards against the Cowboys on Sunday.
Insight: Foster also scored two touchdowns to cap off a huge fantasy day. Foster has gone over 100 yards and 22 carries in three of the four games he has been dressed. When healthy, it is hard to find a back better than Foster.

Description: Texans running back Arian Foster played, but was rather ineffective. With another week of rest, however, he should be more likely to receive a normal workload.
Insight: Foster should still be considered a RB1 moving forward, unless he re-aggravated the hamstring injury.

Insight: He did nothing on the ground, carrying the ball eight times for only six yards. Foster did add seven receptions for 55 yards though. If he is able to stay on the field, Foster should still be considered a RB1 moving forward.

Insight: His workload is in question, so Foster will be more of a RB2 today, with upside. Alfred Blue should still get some touches today as well.

Insight: The good news is Houston plays at 1 pm ET, so we will know his status for sure by noon on Sunday at the latest. Alfred Blue would be the fantasy option if Foster cannot go.

Insight: The good news is Houston plays at 1 pm ET, so we will know his status by noon on Sunday. Personally, we don't expect him to play and The Sports Network running back rankings for Week 4 reflect that. Alfred Blue will be the starter if Foster cannot go.

Insight: Foster led the league with 27 rushing attempts in Week 1 and also had two catches. New head coach Bill O'Brien has made it clear that he will use Foster as a work-horse back. With the Texans visiting Oakland this week, Foster may lead the league in carries again for Week 2.

Insight: Foster has been dealing with a hamstring injury and is questionable for the third preseason game. He has a huge workload coming his way if he can stay healthy.

Insight: Foster didn't participate in the entire session, as the team is likely trying to manage his reps to make sure he gets to the regular season 100 percent healthy. The running back will likely finish in the top three in the NFL in touches if he stays on the field.

Insight: Foster has missed most of camp with a hamstring injury, but O'Brien said the running back has a chance to play in the team's second preseason game. We'll see if he returns to practice this week. Foster remains a high-risk, high-reward first-round fantasy pick.

Description: Texans running back Arian Foster continues to miss training camp due to a hamstring injury and Sunday was the fourth straight day of missing practice.
Insight: This doesn't appear to be a serious injury, but with Foster you always have to worry. He has top-five ability if healthy for a full season, but he missed eight games last season and three in 2011.
