The first round of cuts came after Game 1 of the preseason as forwards Clark Bishop, Brent Pedersen, and Sergey Tolchinsky, defensemen Tyler Ganly, Kyle Jenkins and Josh Wesley and goalie Alex Nedeljkovic, were returned to their Junior teams.
