Cary Football Team Finds Way To Beat Heat

CARY, N.C. — One Cary high school football team found a way to beat the heat.
The Green Hope Falcons hit the practice field at midnight and wrapped up at 2 a.m.
It is the seventh year in the row the team has started the season with the early-morning practice. After the practice, the team is treated to pizza.
About 100 kids participated Monday morning, along with several spectators. The Falcons play their first game Aug. 18.
