Duke Applies For Bonfire Permits

DURHAM, N.C. — Blue Devil fans are ready to celebrate.
The university applied for three bonfire permits for the semester.
One permit is for the night of the Carolina game. The others are for the nights of the men's and women's national championship games.
The fire department has given a preliminary thumbs-up.
