RALEIGH, N.C. — Atlantic Coast Conference basketball gets more interesting Wednesday night as Duke meets a cross-Triangle foe for the first time this season.
Duke, top-ranked and unbeaten after 16 games, will host N.C. State at Cameron Indoor Stadium at 7 p.m. (The game can be seen on ESPN.)

The Wolfpack, ranked No. 14, is coming off a 87-78 win over Georgia Tech on Saturday.
N.C. State has already beaten teams that include Notre Dame, George Washington, Alabama, Boston College and Georgia Tech.
Duke, which has a 4-0 ACC record, continues to count on All-American seniors J.J. Redick and Shelden Williams. The pair have combined to score nearly 54 percent of Duke's points so far this season. Redick is averaging 26.4 points and Williams 18.2.
In its last outing, Duke posted an 87-77 win over Clemson. Five Blue Devils reached double-figures in scoring, led by Redick with 34.
Wednesday night's game is N.C. State's first visit to Cameron since 2004. With the ACC conference expansion, Duke and N.C. State will meet only once this year in the regular season.
Duke is 130-95 all-time against N.C. State, including a 39-18 mark under Mike Krzyzewski.
Duke has won 18 of the last 20 games against the Wolfpack. Duke has won nine straight in the series at home and is 42-23 all-time versus N.C. State at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
