Chad Day shot a four under 68 and Henry Zaytoun,III and his brother Reeves both carded one under par 71s to help Ravenscroft erase a 9 shot deficit to win the NCISAA 3A State tournament Tuesday at Bryan Park in Greensboro. The Ravens shot a 3 under par 285 and had a two day total of 581 to finish 10 shots ahead of Forsyth Country Day. Robert Boyce added a 75 for the Ravens. It was the Ravens 2nd title in three years and the fourth in the last 10 years.
Henry Zaytoun won the individual title for the second straight year with a six under total of 138. He edged teammate Chad Day by one shot.
