N.C. State sophomore forward Dennis Horner will likely not compete in the Wolfpack’s game against North Carolina Central, according to coach Sidney Lowe. Horner is nursing what Lowe called a “high ankle sprain” suffered in practice.
Horner did not dress or compete in the Pack’s 50-43 victory over Presbyterian Saturday, but was on the bench in sweats and a boot on his left foot.
“We are still waiting to hear [when Horner will return],” Lowe said. “We’re hoping that he’s going to be back for the Carolina game, but we’re not sure.”
