UNC's Lawson Out for Clemson Game

North Carolina sophomore Ty Lawson will not play Sunday night against Clemson, UNC announced Sunday afternoon.
Lawson sprained his left ankle against Florida State last Sunday and did not play in Wednesday night's loss to Duke.
Without Lawson, the Tar Heels needed overtime to beat Florida State and then failed to play at their usual pace against Duke.
Carolina plays a Clemson team that is 0-52 in games in Chapel Hill, but the Tigers have one of their better clubs and are well-coached by Oliver Purnell.
