N.C. State fought to within two points in the second half to get within 34-32, but never managed to take the lead, as the Pack lose their tenth conference game of the season to Florida State,
State was led by Trevor Ferguson with 17 points, including a 4-5 shooting night from behind the arc. The sophomore was one of the lone bright spots on the night for the Pack, as State never posed a threat to Leonard Hamilton's team, despite shooting 8-18 from the three-point line.
Jason Rich tallied 21 points for the Seminoles, while Toney Douglas added 18 for the visitors.
