Georgia Tech sophomore Jonathan Dwyer was a unanimous pick at running back, with 134 votes. North Carolina's Hakeem Nicks received 130 votes to make first-team receiver.
Also making the first team from the Big Four were linebackers Michael Tauiliili of Duke and Aaron Curry of Wake Forest and safety Trimane Goddard of UNC.

Nate only getting an honorable mention? Please! I know he was out for awhile due to injuries, but still...oh well....

I think Nate missed six games this year. (Coincidently enough, we lost six games... hmmmmmmm......)
Stick around one more year, Nate. You'll get your first team all-ACC award, and State will rule the ACC!

Anyone that says State "sucks" is just serving up some sour grapes. State is a team that the rest of the league is glad they don't have to play again this year. State had a rough year of it, but at this point, the last thing they do is "suck".
But if State sucks, Carolina swallows!

Congrats to Wilson, he is articulate, intelligent and a quality person. He is CLEARLY the best QB in the ACC. I do not care about Yates, he is a decent QB but does not have the accuracy of Wilson and he cannot run, which Wilson does very well. Wilson hurts teams in so many ways. For those UNC fans that keep saying State sucks, you need to remember that if what you say is true then it reflects POORLY on the Heels..... NCSU 41- UNC 10 AT UNC.

"As in everything related to Ncsu sports, why not wait until something happens instead of gloating in anticipation. Makes the fall not as bad when reality hits you."
It's already happening Hockey. This is the beginning.
