North Carolina tight end Jack Tabb has been suspended for the first half of the Miami game due to an ejection for fighting during the Heels game at Virginia Tech Saturday.

Tabb was ejected for a throwing a punch in the fourth quarter. His first half suspension against Miami is by ACC rule, according to UNC.

This will be the third game Tabb will miss action in due to suspension. Tabb was suspended for two games, Georgia Tech and East Carolina, following a violation of team rules prior to the Georgia Tech game.

In three games played this season, Tabb has three receptions for 50 yards. During the 2012 season, Tabb appeared in 10 of North Carolina's 12 games played. He had 12 receptions for 144 yards and one touchdown.

I guess when the wheels are coming off the bus, you don't throw out any parts - despite how much trouble they've given you. Am I picking up on a recurring theme here?

Per WRAL Gravely, this 1/2 suspension is by the ACC, not UNC. UNC knows how to run a tight ship...

In slo-mo he actually was wielding a knife and keys to a stolen Escalade. Luckily a tutor was on the cheerleading squad and has been arrested for 2 felony's and for being ugly...

Another sad day for ABC'ers. Just can't find a new idea can you? Where do you see cheating in this thread? Please enlighten us.

While I'm not making excuses, but it's like the two kids getting into a shoving match and teacher only sees the last shove.

This should be Tabbs LAST warning. Another infraction of any kind and kick him off the team and revoke his scholarship. Then give it to a deserving walkon OR wait and use it for next years class.

    GO HEELS!!
