CJ has until April 29th I believe to declare....not April 10 like everyone keeps saying

This is true.

The NCAA deadline is April 10th. Players just have to say they're coming back, by that deadline. But the NBA will still take them as late as April 29th. So they have another three weeks or so to "change their mind" and enter the draft.

The NCAA may as well change their deadline to match the NBA's deadline.

But April 3rd is the NCAA's deadline for players to submit their paperwork to test the waters. If Calvin doesn't do that, then he's staying for sure. That much we'll know by 12:01am Wednesday morning.

ok, so Mason can say he is coming back before the 10th, but still decided to bounce before the 29th?

I'm not sure if the paperwork has to be in by April 3rd for that or not.

If Mason doesn't commit to a return by the 10th, then the NCAA won't LET him return to college basketball. So he can "commit" by the 10th (to maintain his NCAA eligibility). But he can still leave by the 29th and the NBA would take him.

The NCAA deadline of the 10th is meaningless and has no teeth.

also april 3rd is the deadline to submit the application to the NBA advisory board to get an opinion by April 6th...has absolutely zero to do with a decision...none...

TBK is uber desperate because he understands that Carolina can lose 3-4 players and still be better than NC State

CJL will forego his last two years at NCSU to enter the NBA draft. He will announce on Saturday or before.

NC State has provided as much information at they can to Leslie
He is projected to be a top 20 pick. Leslie also has a group of advisors that have indicated that Leslie may be a lottery pick. Lorenzo Brown will return to NC State

Mason and CJL can say they are coming back all the way up to April 29th and then declare - they won't do that..but they can. I am not sure what is spewing from the Rodent's mouth - except for desperation...
