It was funny. I even thought so. But when quasi-celebrities have the microphone, and make references to shooting (even if it is just a BB gun), people like you weaselly Carolina fans get all up in arms about it.

Unless someone like Roy says it, and then it's just the funny one-liner that it was.

I shudder to think how you people would have responded to TOB making the same comment.

My brother in law, a former UNC grad,/football player/NFL player dragged me to this game, along with my 3 girls, and niece. We left at halftime. What was funny was a UNC fan yelling at the ref for a bad call! I thought to myself, "Dude get a grip its a spring football scrimmage game"!! The offense did look good!

The refs also need practice making their bad calls that help Carolina's team. They need to practice as much as the team needs practice!

Although, the refs must really feel conflicted when they make one of their patented bad calls that help Carolina... because it also hurts Carolina when the game is just the Blue-White game. :)

He actually has a decent sense of humor. It's just a very dry sense of humor. Some people don't pick up on humor unless a clown is hitting someone in the face with a pie. (Not talking about you here... people in general.) I appreciate a dry sense of humor because I have one, myself.

I couldn't give a rat's behind about the scoring. I just think it's funny how they turn 4-5K into 17K, and do so with a straight face.

I'd estimate about 15K there - in their seats - not using the restrooms. That would be a hell of a flush if 15K did it at once. You'd hear it all the way in Raleigh if that was the case.
