For the first 14 years or so of Dean's career only the conference winner went to the NCAA tourney. Dean turned things around after a few years as a head coach, the first decade of K's career was a mess.

K's system works for college but at the next level not so much! To be a champion is to learn the Carolina way! Please dont argue this point or we can start naming the top players from Duke/UNC and the number of championships! Please dont be foolish little one!

You know...I've never thought about it like that...you are absolutely correct. I'm sure in time (provided they continue to win post K...big if there) they will mature and get used to doing it for decades on end. Only then can they truely understand what it takes to be on top.
