There is an even easier to understand version of this same data:

Enrollment in the fraudulent classes offered by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill was far from random. In fact, these classes were heavily over-enrolled with scholarship athletes. Compared to their proportion of the student body, athletes were many times more likely to be on a fraudulent class roll. How much more likely?

Football players were 55 times more likely to be enrolled in a fraudulent classes than a random assignment would predict.

Olympic athletes (engaged in non-revenue sports) were more than 23 times more likely to be enrolled.

Basketball players were almost 39 times more likely to be enrolled in a fraudulent class.

These are highly significant multiples. Statistically significant multiples. In short, if you were a scholarship athlete at UNC-CH, you were far, far more likely to end up in one of these classes than an average student. Why would this be? The only explanation is that there must have been some selection process in place that raised the proportion of athletes. The nature of that selection process is at the heart of this matter. Only when this is explained will the truth begin to emerge.

Women's soccer players are all required to major in Anatomy taught by some prof named Professor Anson.

It's an independent study course with optional TA Office Hours at the professor's residence.

LMAO! I think they covered that one when they had the "break in" last year. AKA Holden Thorp told a certain few employees to remove all damaging evidence.

UNC-CH should lose its accreditation.

The Commission on Colleges expects integrity to govern the operation of
institutions and for institutions to make reasonable and responsible decisions
consistent with the spirit of integrity in all matters. Therefore, evidence of
withholding information, providing inaccurate information to the public,
failing to provide timely and accurate information to the Commission, or
failing to conduct a candid self-assessment of compliance with the Principles
of Accreditation and to submit this assessment to the Commission, and other similar practices will be seen as the lack of a full commitment to integrity.
