Or maybe he meant in the ACC. But until Cuse and Pitt are officially in, there are still only 12 teams in the league. Someone needs to tell Phil that before he further embarrasses himself.

Yes, I wish State could still get ranked in the top 15 every year, even in years when that is not even remotely possible. Yes, I am very much jealous of that. It must be an excellent recruiting tool when media outlets hype up Carolina only to watch them fail.
