Benzodiazepines (like valium) are fast acting and typically bring relief within thirty minutes to an hour. Because they work quickly, they are very effective when taken during a panic attack or another overwhelming anxiety episode.

Be sure to wash 'em down with a little water.

Might not hurt to get a little something in your stomach...maybe a couple of saltines.

I've heard alot of Tar Hole nation talk about how "big and strong" Joel James is. Well, apparently he's not big, strong, or talented enough to make the USA Basketball U18 Team. 

He's not big and strong yet. Just wait until the UNC basketball strength and conditioning coordinator, Jackie Manuel, works with him though.

Jackie Manual doesn't even work for UNC...he's moved on to become an Assistant Coach at another university.

It doesn't matter what or who they had. They were innocent but falsely accused by a criminal (that learned his corruption from UNC law school).

Hmmmm...seems like I remember a DOOK law school grad that makes the Durham DA actions seem trivial: His name? Richard "Watergate" Nixon! But not sure what any of this blah blah blah has to so with the USA U18 team........these threads are so childish...and getting more so every week.

When you are in desperation mode then you make a kid in high school the focus of our hate! He knows nothing about this kid except he didn't make a team that he has put in high regard because a Duke player happened to make it. The sad part is that no Carolina fan cares that a future Duke player made it. I think its great. Truly sad when you target a kid but now resorting to bashing them while in high school. Smh!

There are support groups for Jr but you have to have a cheer card to participate! I am worried about him since he can't read or spell. This might just be what sets him over the edge!
