I was wondering because I didn't see anything on the News & Observer nor the WRAL website about any press conferences today. I also checked WTVD news website (better known as the Duke website) and nothing there either.

Unless there was a news blurb on the radio, I can't imagine where such info whould have originated.

There is nothing on WCHL 1360 / Chapelboro.com so I seriously doubt there is anything. I think it is far too soon for the SBI investigation.

If you really want to know what is going on regarding Chapel Hill and UNC, they and the DTH are usually your best sources. Art Chansky's column gives another slant on things. (He's another UNC Class of 1970, like Lewis Black and me. We know how to rant.)

BTW WCHL is available over the internet. It will soon be on 97.9 FM. They bought that license from Liberty University last fall.
