Smack Talk versus Disrupters

RE: Smack Talk versus Disrupters

...and kudos to you for owning up to the Nambla meetings.

Not just anyone would admit that.

^^^^correct, it takes a "BEING A MAN"...

ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah..it takes a "real man" to speak fondly of attending Nambla meetings.

RE: Smack Talk versus Disrupters

LOL

the FACTS (unc has MORE G&L's than a nambla meeting) hurt a particular pansy's feelings.

poor widdle fing.

hers is all upset.

Not sure what the North American Marlon Brando Look Alike meeting has to do with this. (Gratuitous "South Park" reference.)

But your libelous statement, "UNC has MORE G&L's than a nambla meeting", is really a serious matter that demands a serious response. The nambla group you associated with the G&L community almost certainly is not about Marlon Brando. While a !Report might have resulted in your post being deleted, I believe it better to hold it up to the light of public scrutiny.

Yes, there is a large LBGTQ community at UNC, probably about the same size as the one at NCSU. So what? Why is this even important to you? Do you think it relevant somehow in discussing sports, or anything else? The LBGTQ community includes members of my family (several activists); it almost certainly includes members of your family and of nearly all families. It includes 10-20+ percent of the population, depending on just how one asks the questions (e.g. Would Sandusky self-identify as gay or bisexual?)

But none of this has anything to do with this other nambla, with adults having sex with children -- whether Sandusky, Catholic priests, the Lincoln scandal, a local coach or youth minister, a rich congressman or a poor vagrant, whether it's same sex or opposite sex, whether by men or (less-often) by women -- it is wrong, and society must intervene. The LBGTQ community no more condones this behavior than does the straight community.

Having sex with a child of 12, of 10, or even under 2 years old is too abhorrent to be used so casually as an insult regarding opposing sports teams.

But since you have chosen to cross the bounds of ordinary decency, I hope your behavior will remain on public view.

RE: Smack Talk versus Disrupters

You are interlocuting with a poster who has bragged here about his "homophobia". It is something he takes pride in, and pats himself on the back for.

Trying to reason with him is a non-starter. Just sayin'.

We should all be glad that us Tar Heel fans are here to set everyone straight. We will continue to monitor this site for anyone that talks about our current scandal or anything else we don't like. The Flagship (UNLV EAST) won't stand for this. Go Heels!!!!

AAAAAH. Another Woodstock veteran. :)

No need to actually go to Woodstock. Saw most of those groups in Chapel Hill, many at Jubilee. Hard to believe everyone who I saw for free or for $1-2.

Jubilee 1970 had incredible performers, some barely noted like Leon Russell and Rita Coolidge. It nearly included a young Bruce Springsteen, who recounts that he and his band band at the time cancelled their gigs to come to Jubilee that weekend, but they couldn't get in, not being students. With their van full of gear, they got in pretending to be part of the event. They apparently had setup on stage and were about to start playing when they were discovered by security. The crowd was large because James Taylor was the next scheduled act.

RE: Smack Talk versus Disrupters

LOL @ the OFFENDED ones!!!

you can't STOP me, boys!!!

RE: Smack Talk versus Disrupters

Since there doesn't seem to be any real sports talk anymore, only arguing, I'll see everyone in August. I'm just tired of seeing everyone throwing zingers at each other. No substance whatsoever. Y'all have fun and play nice.
